An artist and an independent curator who has been directly involved in cultural responses to the earthquake, and Fukushima Nuclear disaster. In 2013 and 2014, she directed an art festival in Tsuchiyu-onsen, just outside of the evacuation zone in Fukushima. Song describes it as a success but explains that it also highlighted the complexities of ‘post-Fukushima’ Japan.In 2015 she co-curated a cultural exchange between Fukushima, Japan and Portadown, Northern Ireland: When the Wind Blows.
